Hustle

Which modules collect personal data?

If you use Hustle to create and embed any Pop-up, Embed, Slide-in, or Social share module, you may need to mention it here to properly distinguish it from other plugins.

What personal data do we collect and why?

By default, Hustle captures the IP Address for each conversion and for each view only if the "tracking" functionality is enabled. Other personal data such as your name and email address may also be captured, depending on the form fields.

Note: In this section you should include any personal data you collected and which form captures personal data to give users more relevant information. You should also include an explanation of why this data is needed. The explanation must note either the legal basis for your data collection and retention of the active consent the user has given.

What we collect and store

While you visit our , we’ll track:
  • Form Fields Data: Forms Fields data includes the available field types when creating a form. We’ll use this to, for example, collect informations like Name, Email and other available fields.
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping. Also, for reducing fraudulent activities and prevent identity theft while placing orders
  • Transaction Details: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, provide & regulate subscription packs that you bought and keep track of your payment details for subscription packs!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of form elements while you’re browsing our site.

When you fill up a form, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password and any other form fields found in the form building options. If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the form fields for future submissions. For example, we will store form submission information for XXX years for tax, accounting and marketing purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

In this subsection you should list which third party modules you’re using to increase the functionality of your created forms using WP User Frontend since these may handle customer data. WP User Frontend Pro comes with support for modules like MailChimp, ConvertKit, Stipe, Paid Membership Pro, MailPoet, Zapier, GetResponse, MailPoet 3, Campaign Monitor, Social Login, BuddyPress. Please note any future modules that will be added will have some data transferred to their own platform which falls in their own data policy. As an example while using MailChimp for your marketing email automation service by integrating it with WP User Frontend, some of your data will be passed to MailChimp, including information required to process or support the email marketing services, such as name, email address and any other information that you intend to pass or collect including all collected information through subscription. WP Smush

Plugin: Smush

Note: Smush does not interact with end users on your website. The only input option Smush has is to a newsletter subscription for site admins only. If you would like to notify your users of this in your privacy policy, you can use the information below. Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers. Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath's privacy policy can be found here. Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator's email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
