Xiofan Pan
University of Vermont College of Medicine
Xiaofan completed her undergraduate studies in biochemistry and molecular biology, and neuroscience. She previously worked as a clinical researcher investigating the combinatory effects of lung cancer treatments before continuing onto graduate studies in biophysics. While in Washington, DC, she also worked to promote women’s health while exploring the worlds of public policy and health advocacy in internships at the National Women’s Health Network and other nonprofits. She is passionate about working with underserved populations and has a special interest in promoting cultural competency while in medical school.
