Dayton is an MD Candidate at Harvard Medical School. Originally from Wyoming, he attended Colorado State University where he completed degrees in environmental health and health physics. Subsequently, he spent one year at the NCI conducting research on medical radiation dosimetry. He looks forward to starting orthopaedic surgery residency in the coming year. Academic interests include machine learning and artificial intelligence in medicine, and enjoys learning about the applicability of these subjects towards other industries and businesses. In his free time he enjoys making beef jerky, working out, and reading books on historical figures.
