Andrew grew up in Vaughan ON and completed his undergrad and business masters degree at the University of Toronto. He is currently a medical student at the University of Ottawa. His research focuses on decision analytic models to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of health technologies. He is specifically interested in stroke prevention strategies in atrial fibrillation. After completing medical school Andrew hopes to pursue a residency in neurology. Outside of medicine he is a Toronto Raptors and Toronto Blue Jays fan and plays competitive volleyball.
